I've just been looking to see if I was likely to be eligible for cold weather payments. From what I can gather, you have to be on some kind of benefit, as well as DLA, to be eligible.

I put in my postcode, and it said that in my area there were 2 payments to be made so far, I think it's £25 for each period.
